If you are not entirely happy with the service you experience or the quality of our products we offer a 100% NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products or services please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail. Please have your order details to hand.

Where an order has been dispatched through the Teleflorist Network we will investigate and will contact the relevant Teleflorist member responsible for delivery of your order. They may wish to pick up the flowers in order to check them and offer any advice that may be needed. If there is a problem the flowers may be replaced or you may be offered a refund. We will do everything within our powers to reach a satisfactory outcome for all concerned. We undertake to respond to your complaint within 2 working days and resolve the problem within 7 working days. We will keep you fully informed during the complaints procedure.

We monitor any complaints and welcome any customer comments to enable us to continue to improve our levels of service.
